Platycerium superbum. (Now, for those who are sniggering, or any young person who had the impudence to google “super bum”, it’s Latin. Latin for “upper, or top”, which is where they grow on the tree, and just about opposite to the “bottoms” you are looking for.)
These spectacular ferns are found on the eastern side of Australia, and many people use them in home landscaping. These were growing beside a creek, with several others in view.
