A Gaggle of Geese

These geese live on the dairy farm we visit. They are not particularly friendly, but they are stately and dignified.

The female of the bird species can sometimes be a little bland in comparison to her male counterpart. In the case of the Satin Bowerbird, I think the ladies hold their own.
Juvenile Noisy Miner

Well deserving it’s name, this noisy miner fluff ball set up a racket that demanded attention. I followed the hullabaloo, and there it was – such a tiny little thing to make so much fuss.
There’s No Place Like Home..

This railway car provided a slightly different perspective on the old, rusty, car body in the yard look. They are often moved to properties and renovated to become guest accomodation, or put poolside as dressing rooms. Not this one: it appears destined for terminte fodder.
