Inundated
I’ve come to dislike that word a great deal.
In the midst of so many more important matters, I can’t help thinking of the koalas. Perhaps it hurts less than if I think about the people.

Vimsy, it has around these parts. I’m not sure about the rest of the east coast and out west (it was pretty bad out there) because I stopped watching the news. Too, too depressing!
