A few of my favourite things..

Sleeping Beauties

sleeping poults

I love my little poults, even though they are growing, by the day, more like …big ol’ turkeys!

I’ll be a wee bit sad when they have to go back to the farm, and prepare to be a roast dinner.

We have them on loan only for the cute part of their lives!

  1. They’re so cute! I would be sad, too, to see them go back to the farm.

Ha, you get the BEST bit Mrs BB – before they turn into ugly turkeys (shudder!). They do look very sweet now though don’t they?

  4. Hello friends,

I think I can keep my little feathered friends for maybe another week, before they outgrow their cage.

I should have learned my lesson with the chickens, but turkeys do grow up so ugly that couldn’t imagine caring to give them back to the farmers. Sigh.

The next cute, fluffy, baby thing I find will stay where I find it!
