I think we have this species here too.

Vimal, you do have a sub-species of this butterfly that is very little different. I haven’t posted the pics yet, but one of my recent finds was a Blue Tiger, which I hadn’t seen at our house (or anywhere else) before. It seems it is actually one of yours, and the ones we have here migrate to far North Queensland, but only come our way when it is exceptionally hot.
